Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before leaving our warehouse. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and chosen carrier.

Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States and internationally using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on selected shipping method, destination and package weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders from the United States.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (UK & EU Orders)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect VAT or duties at checkout for international orders.
