Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unwashed, unused, and free of stains or scents. Note: While we prefer original packaging, you may use any secure packaging for the return as long as the item is protected.
How to Start a Return
Email us at help@gaytowels.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you next steps and the return address.
Shipping Costs:
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at help@gaytowels.com with a photo. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
