Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be unwashed, unused, and free of stains or scents. Note: While we prefer original packaging, you may use any secure packaging for the return as long as the item is protected.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@gaytowels.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you next steps and the return address.
Shipping Costs:
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at help@gaytowels.com with a photo. We will cover the return shipping (except for United Kingdom and European Union customers) and send a replacement or issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPEAN UNION:
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at returns@gaytowels.com within 14 days of delivery, please add 'RETURN' in the Subject line. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Towels that have been used, washed, worn, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund, even if returned within the withdrawal period.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds: If a return is accepted, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received and inspected.
